Great American Cross-Country Festival
High School Late Registration Deadline: Sept. 12th
College Normal Deadline: Sept. 19h
This year's schedule includes the Nike Race of Champions for Colleges/Universities and high schools, the Shumake Historically Black College and University Challenge(which will feature teams from as far away as Texas), and several other high school races.
Sponsored in part by Nike, the GACC is held on the same course in Cary, NC as the Nike Cross Nationals Southeast Regional Championships, the 2010 NCAA Division II Atlantic Coast Regionals and the North Carolina Public High Schools State Championships. Many say that this well seasoned course is one of the best in the country!

Registration Deadline - September 19th
Late Registration & Roster Submission - September 26th
This inaugural event is scheduled for October 2nd starting at 1:45pm. Although it is a separate event, it will be held during the GACC. All schools who are not members of their state's public high school athletic association, as well as those who are members of their particular state's independent schools association are welcome to attend. Normal registration deadline for this event is September 19th.
Fuel up for the Race: Join us for a pre-race Pasta Dinner on Friday, October 1st from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Herbert Young Community Center. Tickets may be purchased online as part of meet registration.
